Email and text updates

If you sign up for updates, we store the email address or mobile number you enter, when you signed up, and the page you signed up from. For text messages we also store the consent wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address and browser type as a record of your opt-in. This information is used only to send announcements about Ian Raymond’s new music and live shows.

Messages are delivered by Twilio (text) and Twilio SendGrid (email), which process your contact details only to deliver them. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You can stop at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text. Replies you send are stored so Ian can read them. To have your information deleted, email Ian@IanRaymond.live.

Signup reminder

The signup window remembers in your browser’s local storage that you signed up or asked not to see it again. It is not used to track you and is not shared.
